
Oh the trusty flapjack..
Perfectly chewy but still satisfyingly gooey – a true staple at the Street
Feast table.
• 250g Porridge Oats
• 125g Butter
• 125g Light Brown Sugar
• 3 TbSp Golden Syrup
1. Heat the oven to 200 Degrees Celsius.
2. Put the oats, butter, light brown sugar & golden syrup in a processor
& mix
3. Press mixture into a greased baking tin with the back of a spoon.
4. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown
