A love for food and a distaste for waste, Street Feast is proud to be teaming up with FoodCloud, an Irish social enterprise that has developed software to help businesses redistribute surplus food. And what’s more, you’re invited to the party – our friends at FoodCloud will help fill Street Feasters bellies!

FoodCloud can help your community group or charity with food for your Street Feast. All you have to do is get in touch with them, and if they can help you your Street Feast will not be left wanting.

FoodCloud: working towards an Ireland where no good food goes to waste.

FoodCloud connects charities and community groups all over Ireland who need food to the businesses with surplus food that might otherwise go to waste.

To date, 3,650 tonnes of food, which is the equivalent of 8.3 million means, has been redistributed to people in need across the country.

Through the FoodCloud Hubs in Cork, Dublin and Galway, food from farms, manufacturers and distributors is stored and collected by registered partner charities. These charities, ranging from breakfast clubs to homeless hostels to family support services, get this food to people in need in their local community.

FoodCloud is proud to support Street Feast and can help community groups and charities with food for a Street Feast.

Simply email and they will be in touch with you.

We really hope you’ll join us in taking to your street, laneway or park with your neighbours, volunteers, fundraisers, donors, service users or friends on Sunday 11th June. It’s going to be a very special day!

Street Feast is a day of local lunches across Ireland on 11th June, hosted by you and your neighbours. They can be anywhere really - out on the street, in a local park or in your front garden.

There are lots of good reasons to have a Street Feast, but it's really just a great excuse to eat great food, celebrate your local community and meet new people who live near you.
