Street Feast is happening nationwide on Sunday 25th June 2023

Brought to you by

It’s been a while but we’re so happy to see you here!

Join us for Street Feast 2022 on Sunday June 26th

Street Feast is Ireland’s national day of community lunches– it’s about building community and tackling isolation.

Get together with your neighbours to share food and enjoy some conversation and camaraderie this summer. It doesn’t matter if you live in an apartment or house, all you need is a space to bring people together. We have had feasts organised in front gardens, on streets and greens, in car parks, laneways, local parks and community centres and can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Host a Feast

Register now to get planning your Street Feast. Here you can apply for your free Street Feast party pack, complete with bunting, posters, invites and a brilliant DIY guide! We ask that you host your Street Feast on our big day, Sunday 26th June 2022.

Once again we’ve teamed up with ChangeX.org to help us look after the Street Feast community. ChangeX.org is an Irish organisation that provides a great platform to register and plan your feast. (It’s basically an initiative to help you start or get involved in great projects in your community – they make it easy for you to participate in your neighbourhood!)

We really hope you’ll join us in taking to your street, laneway or park with your neighbours on Sunday 26th June. It’s going to be a very special day!

Playful Street Feast

This year we’re teaming up with ChangeX to bring a limited number of Play themed Street Feasts to life across the country.

Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more information on how you can sign up to host your very own play feast!

In 2020 we had to rethink what ‘community’ looked like in the face of restrictions and public health advice. Neighbourhood Network was born out of the need to connect with our neighbours and those around us more than ever in a time when Street Feast couldn’t take place.

NN is about building community, getting to know your neighbours and developing life long connections with those around us. To learn more about our work and the team behind Street Feast see:
